FNB Namibia Holdings Limited was incorporated in June 2003 as a direct result of the merger between First National Bank of Namibia Limited and Swabou Holdings. The FNB Namibia Holdings Group consists of the following subsidiaries:

• FNB Namibia Ltd. (inclusive of FNB Home Loans, SpeedPoints, WesBank)
• Momentum Namibia
• OUTsurance
• RMB Asset Management Namibia
• FNB Unit Trusts

FNB Namibia Ltd. is the oldest bank in Namibia and celebrated its Centenary in 2007. The first branch was opened in Lüderitz in 1907, followed by the Windhoek and Swakopmund branches.
